Your serene shelter, above the Aegean
A house with a soul, overlooking the sea.
A house

overlooking
the sea
The horizon begins in your gaze and lingers in your memory.
High on a hillside in the south of Andros, Andros Serenity keeps the soul of houses built for welcoming. Within restored stone walls, above a sea that turns a new colour with every hour, the days move slowly — measured, unhurried, and meant to be savoured.

Five restored stone residences, an eighty-year-old olive grove, and a full 180° view of the Aegean and its islands — nothing loud, nothing hurried.
“Here, stillness has a texture, the light arrives slowly, and the Aegean is a neighbour you greet each morning.”

Andros, from the inside — felt, not just visited.

True traditions shape the feeling of belonging to an authentic place.
The island carries on beyond the residences — eight beaches, the springs and trails of the interior, the neoclassical streets of Chora, quiet village tavernas. An old, unhurried Aegean, simple and genuine.
